Thai Calamari Over Salmon - Hand cut and breaded Calamari tossed in modified Thai Chili Sauce, served over Norwegian Salmon with roasted local zucchini.

Also Pasta Pomodoro, A summer Italian favorite!! - Penne pasta tossed with fresh local Yarnick's Farm tomatoes, basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. ( room temperature sauce)
